You know it’s true, the more prepared you are, the more likely it is that you’ll actually go work out after class or work. When you have your gym bag with you, packed and ready to go, there’s really no excuse for not making it to the gym. If you’re trying to make working out a priority, you’ll want to have your gym bag with you at all times, and you’ll want to make sure you have everything you need in your bag.
